Go to UIDAI Official Website and Find Complaints Section and Provide following Info.
- Provide your Enrolment ID.
- Provide Date/Time.
- Provide your full name.
- Provide your Email ID.
- Provide your Mobile Phone Number.
- Provide your pin code.
- Provide the Village/Town/City you reside in.
