Go to UIDAI Official Website and Find Complaints Section and Provide following Info.

  • Provide your Enrolment ID.
  • Now Provide Date/Time.
  • Provide your full name.
  • Then Provide your Email ID.
  • Now, Provide your Mobile Phone Number.
  • Provide your pin code.
  • At Last, Provide the Village/Town/City you reside in.
